To do if microphone is not working on desktop
- Your microphone may not work on the web app because you did not allow app.mondly.com to use your microphone.
- If a prompt appears asking you to allow app.mondly.com to use your microphone, you should click “Allow” (maybe also check “remember this decision” for future sessions).
- If you already blocked the request, you may need to grant permission through your browser settings manually. Here’s how:
- Look for a padlock icon or "Site Settings" option in the address bar of your browser, and click on it.
- In the site settings, look for the "Microphone" option and ensure that it is set to "Allow". If it is set to "Block" or "Ask", change it to "Allow".
- Refresh the web app and try using the microphone again.
Note that you can always revoke microphone access permission for a web app by returning to your browser settings and changing the permission to "Block" or "Ask".
